How to Reinstall Your Server OS

⚠️ Important Warning


WARNING!Reinstalling your VPS will permanently delete all data. Always create a backup before continuing.



📋 Before You Start


Make sure you have:


  • Backed up your website and files
  • Saved login credentials
  • Noted important configurations
  • Exported databases if needed



🔄 Reinstall via VirtFusion Panel


  1. Log in to your VPS client panel
  2. Select your VPS
  3. Click Manage
  4. Open Reinstall / Rebuild
  5. Choose your operating system
  6. Confirm the reinstall



⏳ Reinstallation Process


  • Usually completes within 5–20 minutes
  • Your VPS will be offline during the process
  • New credentials will be generated and will be emailed to you.



📩 After Reinstall


Once completed, you will receive:


  • Updated server status
  • New root password
  • SSH login details



INFO: Control panels and software must be reinstalled after rebuilding your VPS.
